Frequently Asked Questions
Is it free?
Yes. The only paid features currently planned are early access, cosmetics, the status indicator, and colored names in the tab list.
How do I download it?
MarkClient is currently available for early access and can be downloaded at markclient.com.
When will it be free?
I can’t give a specific date. It depends on how quickly I can polish the client and fix bugs found by testers.
Is it a texture pack?
No. MarkClient is a .dll injection, similar to other clients like Flarial, OderSo and Blueberry.
Is it on mobile, console, Mac or Linux?
I would love to bring it to those platforms, but it will not release on them at first. I also can’t promise that it ever will.
Does it work in multiplayer?
Yes. Modules that could be considered cheating are disabled by default, but server owners can enable them with server settings.
Is it a hack client?
No. MarkClient is made for legit survival and creative gameplay.
How do I open the UI?
For now, the key is `, left of 1 on a standard keyboard. If your keyboard doesn’t have it, you can change it with the settings button in the bottom left of the main menu.
Can I become a partner?
Yes! If you are a content creator or run a Minecraft server and want to partner with MarkClient, message AdriMark on Discord.
What can it do?
See every module on the features page.
MarkClient Plus
Why is there a paid version?
Major modules and parts of the client will not require you to pay. I do not believe anybody should have to pay to access these tools.
Unfortunately, some modules such as the status indicator require a second server, which costs me money. Modules like that will require a one-time payment. There will also be certain cosmetic-only modules that require Plus in the future.
What do I get if I buy Plus?
Plus is a one-time purchase of $4.99 in the launcher.
- Early access to updates
- Priority suggestions and support
- All modules
- Extra cosmetics
- Discord role
- Your name in the supporter section of the client
- More in the future (please suggest some!)
Can I turn off other players' Plus cosmetics?
Yes. Users who dislike the Plus cosmetics will be able to disable them on their client.
Can I make cosmetics?
If you are an artist or modeler interested in creating cosmetics, please reach out on Discord!
